PS3 release date?

Has anyone found any information on when this is actually going to be released? I've seen some articles that say Spring on this year...but...that doesn't seem like it'll happen.

If it doesnt happen in 2006 (not really sure on PS3 news, haven't exactly read ANYTHING) in the Christmas area, then it will most likely be released in Spring of '07.

Wait like 2-3 weeks for E3 and they will most definitely have a firm release date, or atleast say they do.
