Shining Cloth LOL

We originally believed that shining cloth was needed for Bard JSE so Bards were allowed to /random for recent shining cloth that dropped from KB. Of course a Bard won then later we found out that the cloth wasn't needed. After hours of discussion, arguing, and yadda yadda yadda about what to do with cloth it was decided to use the cloth to make a Noble's Tunic instead

We've blown up a Noble's and a Dalmatica before as well ._.; It takes a lot to get another cloth lol, but a few Suzaku later, there was a happy whm.
