need an anime fix

since youtube got jacked up and most of the anime is gone, need a new source to get my anime fix.
suggestions for places to watch and other anime would be cool :O
anime i like is mostly action with a decent story, maybe some comedy mixed in
anime ive seen so far are (and i want to see again): cowboy bebop, gundam wing, yuyu hakasho, samurai champloo, ghost in the shell, and any other recommendations are good

i dont really care if its subbed or dubbed

I personally love Full Metal Alchemist. I watched every subbed episode in a row, took about 23 hours. It has a pretty bad ass story, got the action, suspense, comedy, pretty much the works. Not sure where to find it, but thats a suggestion.

Do NOT watch the Disgaea anime, it's butchered beyond belief (especially if you've played the game, if you haven't then play it).

Anyway:

Full Metal Panic (first series -26 eps)
Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu (VERY funny spin off series - 15eps)
Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid (second series and hopefully not the last)

FMP is pretty much comedy with good amounts of action and drama, but the comedy in it is so funny it'll make you cry at times (well it made me cry >.>)

Elfen Lied (13 eps )

Must watch this, such a great story, good action, bloody and cute at the same time, never seen that before...

Gunslinger Girl (13 eps )

Mostly drama, I dunno if you'll like it but I really did (don't let the synopsis throw you off if you look it up, it's worth watching)

Haibane Renmei (13 eps)

Another one mostly drama, very good to watch.

Narutaru (13 eps)

Fucked up series... pretty disturbing under the somewhat cute exterior.

School Rumble (26 eps)

Great comedy, but it takes a while to get into it (depends on the person), just stick with it and by ep 10 you'll love it

School Rumble 2nd Term (~9 eps)

Not finished yet.

Those are my recommendations, I dunno anyplace streaming those, you probably won't have an easy time finding it (Correction or someone had a link that you had to pay $10 or something...) but in anycase, I recommend bittorrent, it's much better to download something >.>

Hellsing - Vampires and Guns, kick-ass

Berserk - Medieval Action w/ big-ass swords and some demons for good measure

Neon Genesis Evangelion - starts out as good mecha, but the ending is a mind-fuck and most pathetic/whiny main character in history

RahXephon - similar to NGE, but MUCH better

Elfen Lied - genetic mutation creates humans w/ ESP (sortof/notreally) that kill people, some funny and nudity, SHORT

Furi Kuri(FLCL) - Pure Awesome Randomness although Short, but every episode ends w/ a bang

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzimiya - JP highschooler gets bored, turns out she's god (kinda?), can't wait to see how it ends

Full Metal Panic - Mecha/JP high school, It's a good combination
Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu - sequel, only the JP high school stuff, HILARIOUS
Full Metal Panic:TSR - real sequel, mechas back in

Gundam Seed - decent mecha, LONG
Gundam Seed Destiny - sequel, JUST AS LONG

Macross Plus - awesome mecha/love triangle, short though
Macross Zero - different time in Macross universe, decent

Something else I've been watching lately is Macross, made in 1982, but the story is actually really good and the animation is tolerable.

Ergo Proxy is great so far. Probably the series I most look forward to watching new episodes now.

Black Lagoon was mentioned above, that's so far a pretty normal action series. But, after seeing episode 9 I think I'm hooked.

School Rumble is worth it. It took me a long time to get into it, quite a few episodes, and if a friend wasn't badgering me to keep watching it, I think I would have stopped. It's a good comedy.

Blood+ is pretty good. It's nothing really special, but there's a few characters I really like; I look forward to the new releases.

If you're having trouble finding streams, you should probably just switch to IRC if you can find the subbing groups page or just use torrents. The quality is better than streams for sure.

http://www.baka-updates.com/ is a good place to start looking. They have links to the subbing groups if you prefer IRC downloading, quite a few support that, but not all. Baka-updates removes the torrent links for any series that gets liscened though, so you won't find some stuff there. It's a good bet you'll be able to get links to a lot of series mentioned in above posts though.

http://www.animesuki.com/ is about the same as Baka-updates. There's a few places out there with complied links. Hell, even Google is great for searching for torrents.
