Quick notes:

Killer effect is same as tatami, I don't know or think the rate is much higher. Probably should check this out, but I haven't certainly turned into gration. That means you can intimidate anything with a flawless ribbon, but I wouldn't use over any form of tank gear.

Resist is awesome when stacked with resist trait from armor or earring. Otherwise it kinda blows. With 2x Arete del sol i resist the gravity portion of mysterious light about 50-60% of the time, this was only tested with 10 pots so actual rate my widely differ.

I solo'ed 2 merits off of Elder Gobbue and resisted anti-phase silence twice...

All together it's a good item, but not a godly item. I would use your beastcoins on af+1 before this.
