About to do Double Dragonian, first time ever doing it on Nin.

I'm wearing All-out EVA gear.... wondering 2 things.

Should I be wearing O.Hat or Turban? My instinct says Turban...

And could I get away wearing BQ ring for this one? Or should I stay away from the -75 Fire?

blinks absorb the stomp move, so -fire resist prolly won't matter. If you're kiting the WAR, you shouldnt get hit anyway.

Not only do they not have super high evasion, they also don't have super high accuracy, either. I have no issue tanking this on MNK, so on Ninja, you should be more than fine with the Turban.

So I could possible just use normal XP gear? Shura Togi, Chiv Chain, Triumph Earring etc?

Or would it be smart to keep a good amount of Eva gear?

i wouldnt use much HP down because it spams shit out of chaos blade, but you're a galka, so it may not matter. This BC is a joke, don't look too hard into it.

have a good mix of haste and evasion I would say. Mix some dd in there if you can.

if you're setup is brd, rdm, whm, nin, nin, DD then it'll be a piece of cake.

it really doesn't matter that much. As long as you're a good nin and can keep shadows up well the BC is really, really easy.

if you have a brd and a rdm and they have elegy+slow on them you will have no problem.

If you have 6 people of average ability with average gear and an averagely balance party, you'll stroll it.

You don't need gear that fancy to do it, just a modest amount of haste and +hp will do.

Hmm... killed the war.... then the brd did AOE curse then dispelled everything I had. Killed me pretty quick, now we're trying to regroup.

First dragon couldn't hit me for shit, way easy. And I was doing fine on the Brd up until the Dispelga whatever the hell that was....

I did have holy waters, I used em all throughout the fight. But he did Curse + Dispelga + Kirr me before the whm could get my HP back up. Pretty unlucky series of events i tell ya

I always left the BRD last, but Voidsong/Thornsong sucks hard.

Not at all. Before Zhan got banned (RIP) I would go in as RDM/NIN or RDM/BLM and just sleep -> bind the war around while the others killed the BRD. Once it was dead keep kiteing while everyone rests to full and then kill the WAR .... pretty standard shit.
