Click here to get a better understanding of how it pops.

Yes it's gay but sadly it's another contradiction on Square's "we didn't intend for players to spend their life on teh game!!1" mentality.

Back in the day Ulli's pop time was ok, but since pretty much every LS with 75s on the server farms Sky now...it takes too long to pop and needs to be changed..

I'll never understand LSs that farm sky daily for over a year @@"

We've gotten him twice 2 hours from eachother once. >_>

Normally if he doesn't pop after 3~4 hours, we just give up and try again later.

I've seen Autumn Stones bazaared for up to 9M on my server...

it's because Kirin is the hardest thing they are capable of doing.

and because drop rates suck, you can do Kirin for over a year and still have more than 10 people in the LS who want Crimson Legs.

before they did the rng nerf, we had a night that we did 3 kirins. we got 5 sets of crimson legs off of that night.

You got lucky like one time. Everyone wants them because they give movement speed and their drop rate isn't exactly great. When 30 people want an item that hardly drops from a monster that requires an extensive amount of things to pop it people aren't going to be getting them like girl's virginities on prom night.

that was definately our best night ever. last 3 visits, we havent gotten much of anything

Or because sky gods have great loot pools: armor, weapons, abjurations, and big money items.

As opposed to sea jailers that have slightly different loot pools: weapons, torques (sometimes), pop items for other jailers (sometimes), umm... tedium, frustrations, and annoyance.
