lol I was gonna post the meteor survivor ring also.

There was some talk about prerequisites, but where? I found the NPCs depicted, but neither of them offer me any kind of quests?

It was other quests in the area, but it might be possible that it's tied to the story.

Hmmm, I don't think I saw a single quest in the proximity of Bronze Lake, but storywise I am only up to the Brayflox dungeon which was around 32 I think?. I will try to progress a little more if I can get on to servers later today
