Hey, new to the forums, but I noticed the great pictures on the news page. Mind me asking what you are running, and do you photoshop your screenshots?

Just a guess, but resizing a big picture usually make them look like that.

Yea, but ... its so smooth and detailed, some of the pics like the one with the Paladin tanking the Chest in Limbus looks photoshopped to me its so smooth. Curious

You can get effects like this ingame by editing your registery, just be careful.

Set MIP Mapping (key 0000) up to 3-4, and increase the background resolution a bit and the game we'll be looking a lot better. Not really recommended for high lag areas, low-end machines, or if you overheat a lot though.

We have a bunch of people take pictures, but generally Ludaen gets the nicest quality shots. See the picture of Zoldof and me at the bottom of the 2-18 update? That was done on my crappy computer.

It really looks that good. The trick is mostly to set your background resolution to the max the engine will do (2048x2048), turn on full shadows, unfliter all effects, and snap a screenshot when someone does a ws or a cool looking spell.

And only way to get your background resolution to get that high is to do it through registry edit, correct?

Then again, I've resized this pic down considerably (800x600 to 720x540), which like Kaylia said makes a noticeable difference.
