File Monitoring

Could someone please recommend a file monitoring software? Specifically I'd just like to use it to see what files my PC is accessing while I run a program. The intention is to find which data file FFXI is using. While doing a Google search most programs seem far more complex than is necessary. Thanks for any help.

Oh man.. I have the perfect program for it.. but I cant remember for the life of me what it was. I had a server problem years ago and a MS tech guy asked me to install and run this program that would show you in real time all the files being accessed and such. It wasnt complicated at all either..

Orzzzz.. I dont think it was part of the SysinternalSuite.. I dont think it was a regular MS program either..

Ill let you know if I find it >.x;


Edit: Ah ha http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896642.aspx It was part of the SysSuite.
It seems a bit different from what I remember since it was so long ago, but it does show whats being accessed, hope this helps atleast.
