    That can't be. They wanted a longer beta. At most that gives three months.

    Looks like PS3 owners will need to wait til March 2011. Talk about fail.

    oh and if you get the collector's edition you can play a week in advance looks like. Onion Helm in game item as well with the CE.

    It is possible. For those that remember ffxi beta days, beta was out during summer and then released in October.

    Games been in dev for a long time like 13. Could be an executive push to get this thing out the door and release the rest of the game over time.
