The only thing that Ikari was wearing that could've caused it were Crimson Gauntlets which would mean Hpemde's are classed as dragons...? Unless someone can say for sure it was Crimson that caused it please post any theories you have because this is driving me insane. The only theory I've thought of so far is that some Al'taieu enemies have had Biast's "PC Killer" added to them.

i'm fairly sure it was the crimson. I've been soloing them as SMN for the last couple of days, and never got intimidated once. But yesterday, my friend came up there as RDM/NIN soloing them, with 3/5 crimson, and was getting intimidated left and right. So i guess that does classify them as having dragon killer.

I can confirm that it's the crimson, happens to me all the time when I wear my cuisses. Not sure if it's Dragon or Demon classed mob, most likely dragon. Only way to really test it is to get a DRG sea access and see if they intimidate them.... but I don't see that happening anytime soon >.>;

I get intimidated by my DRG pal all the time when I try and haste him. XD

That's ok, though, a small price to pay for the uber 1337/\/355 of teh blood gear.
