    I have no idea what the eye-chart is but like 4 other dynamis and some other zones are in POLutils, including a cheat zone with an NPC that will set your rank/level/stats to any setting you want.

    Wish I knew how to get there :/

    Short names for 'new' Dynamis zones have been found in the Dats for a looong time.

    this is about as much proof of new Dynamis zones as Utsusemi:San being a usable scroll in the game.

    Actually the 2nd definition given IS the past tense of "spelled" but this was the first and obviously more accurate choice.
