Just wondering the percent of HQ on this one, since you can't get like tier1 on both the subs at once. (For a person with 100 smithing that is.) (Gold sub of 50? and Cloth sub of 53).

If cloth is proven to be 53 then a 100 smither is fucked. HQ rate similar to HQ0 tier.

pretty sure all the luisant stuff are in 31 tier according to my smithing friend.

I'd have to agree based on the number of these floating around and one blacksmith being honest about having a really easy time HQ'ing it that its a +31 Tier synth.
Funny thing is smithers charge the same price for one as Haubergeon (10Mil lol) when aluminum ingots cost 800k at most to make

Not sure about your server but they are a massive loss to NQ. Nobody really wants them, they don't sell for much.

Hence the high price. Even if it is 31 tier i can understand.
