How well would my computer run Aion?

Thinking about trying out Aion, but I'm not sure how well it would run on my computer.

The specs are;
Intel Core2 Duo @2.8GHz
3.0GB Ram
Intel G45/G43 Express Chipset.
Windows Vista OS -- Getting replaced with Windows 7 soon.

I'm guessing the problem would most likely be with the card, but I'm not sure what to replace it with.

Integrated graphics are a "no go" for the most part. CPU and Ram should be fine. What's your monitor resolution?

Probably won't be able to run in max settings and you'll lag in high traffic areas, probably. Might depend on what all else you're running at the time. Not a pro on specs, though.

Man that's perfectly fine, just get a new graphics card. Until recently I build a new PC, I was running AION surprisingly decent on my old AGP motherboard setup.

use the site i linked above your post, it's actually fairly accurate at telling you what piece of your machine is above/below requirements.

That website is not accurate for integrated graphics tho

GTX260, Ati 4870, anything around that is good.

100-150€ so... $150-$200?

The GTX260 and 4870 are solid choices. Though, given the CPU and resolution, they may be more then you need. I'd suggest a 4770 (Can't link, but there's a XFX card on Newegg for $115 shipped). They are solid performers and should run cooler then either of the above cards. Also, XFX has a lifetime warranty. Always a plus.
