No, they're very common. It's used to embed HTML stuff within a webpage, but unfortunately it allows people to embed malicious code too if a website gets hacked. If you see one pop up it's normal, but make sure you know the website its redirecting to is safe, and that the website you're viewing is trustworthy, before allowing any.
