VCS Plaque, Hidden Effect?

True or False: The more VCS Plaques you have on display, the cheaper NPC Chocobo rentals will be (or can be.) As in, they provide a discount, or, lower the minimum price.

I often Dual Box, and my mule ALWAYS pays more for a chocobo rental, even if I make him buy first.

Thoughts?

I think chocobo rental prices scale by level. Is your mule the same level as you, or are you using it to PL low-lvl job?

I have 3 chocobo tombstones up in my mog house and I pay the same for rental birds as my partner who has none providing we're both in same level job.

And yeah, lower level jobs pay significantly less.

Thanks for this info...I couldn't find it in the usual suspeects (forum search and other****) so thought I'd drop a question. I guess I can just drop these plaques then, if they have no true utility.
