Since when have we been unable to tractor in BC's?

Just did Double Dragonian, NIN got 1 shotted, yeah it happens, so it means rest of team goes down, had last dragon at 5%. BUT, WHM, BRD reraised, everything looking good, whm can't get a tractor off for the life of her, so yeah we lost that 1. I could swear tractor wasnt unusable in BC's, was there a glitch, or did I miss something.

I've tractored in BCs before, but they were like BCNM40 Giddeus, so maybe it's only certain ones you can do.

Wasn't able to in BCNM40 worms. If you were able to do it, you were hacking.
