If you thought Jon Stewart and Bill O'Reilly's showdowns on Fox News and Comedy Central have been exciting, wait until you hear about the "The Rumble" that's going to take place on the Internet.

That's right, comedian and host of "The Daily Show" Jon Stewart will debate Fox News' most popular pundit, Bill O'Reilly at George Washington University next month in an event dubbed, "O'Reilly v Stewart 2012: The Rumble in the Air-Conditioned Auditorium."

In the promo above, Stewart confirms that he's gearing up for the debate, kicking things off with a strong, "OH, YEAH. IT'S ON" before figuring out just which of his angry, irish, male friends he can get to help him prepare for the big day.

Watch the debate Oct. 6 at 8:00 p.m. EST on TheRumble2012.com for a $4.95 fee (half of the net profits are going to charity). You can also suggest a question ahead of the debate if you pre-order by Oct 1.

Figured I'd post this in case people wanted to order it.

About the 50% charity, did Stewart say that his share of the earnings would be donated to charity while O'Reilly is keeping his? Or did I misunderstand his meaning?

I'm pretty sure it was a joke and both are donating 50%. Say what you want about O'Reilly, he donates a lot to Doctors Without Borders and the Wounded Warrior Project.

As for the other 50%, I have no clue.

Went to a fucking restaurant that was gonna air the debate live, they couldn't get the god damn audio to work, so we used closed captions.
If anyone finds where to watch it, please share.

No one could watch it live because the stream was fucking broke.

On demand is up for $5 on the website. It'll probably hit torrents anytime.

Ouch Jon Stewart got deficit and debt completely mixed up. The rest of the debate was fairly evenly matched, but I think that one mistake made BillO the winner.

It's on Youtube btw.
