Auto Refresh vs Conserve MP

Searching Auto Refresh and Conserve MP gives me 618 threads lol...basically what I want to know is how much MP conserve MP gives back, and which is better in certain situations (please no blm vs smn sub stuff lol, its gay)

Conserve MP is better then Auto Refresh in almost every way imaginable. I don't know the exact numbers on Auto Refresh but it's really not alot.

Simple. BLM sub gives you more than SMN sub.

BLM- Conserve MP, Drain, Aspir, Escape, Tractor, Elemental Debuffs, Sleepga, Elemental Seal.

SMN- Auto Refresh, Aerial Armor, Shining Ruby.

Do the math, BLM wins. End of story.

Sorry I cant obey your every whim your majesty. I don't have any cold hard facts execpt for the fact I read this argument like 50 times already and conserve Mp always won. Crawl around the fucking search if you don't want my info I'm just trying to help.

So then go parser how much mp you conserve when u cast your spells, vs how much mp you refresh gives you during the course of say 2 hours.
