Upsidedown Monitor...?

So I come home from work and my little sister has some how managed to flip the image on her pc monitor. At least I think that's what happened. The screen is upside down and the mouse goes left when you move it right and up when you move it down.

I've never heard or seen anything like this and no idea what to do to fix it or what even happened. Restarting the pc didnt work.

Anyone have a clue what happened and how to fix it?

I tried messing with alt +up and shift + up and ctrl + up among other things, dunno why I didn't try alt and ctrl at same time.

That's a prank I play on people who leave their laptop unsecured.

same, used to do it all the time in high school on the computers, teachers didnt even know how to fix it
