It was a Pretty Tough Friggin fight.. It took a little over 2 hours 30mins but it was awesome. Lots of deaths. Lots of restrategy. Our Setup looked like this...

I couldn't figure out why the hell we weren't damaging kirin much at all. Our tanks went down a lot. On our second attempt things were MUCH worse suprisingly due to a CALL for HELP on kirin by one of the rangers >.<;; I had everyone Disconnect and everyone run to the teleporter room. Then I threw suicide Rangers with RR gorgets at it to shadowbind and run as far as possible When everyone logged back in we Reformed pt and did a Kamikize on Byakko Threw everyone that was alive weak or healthy at it and killed the fucker from full life to 0 in about 2 mins.

It was crazy b/c he was 1 shotting weak ppl like no body's bizness. After that We Kited Kirin around and had our Bard and RDM Kite Kirin with Phalanx/Stoneskin and Chocobo Mazurka! it was pretty insane. We got back together got 1 Full alliance healed and started beating down on Kirin. We finally figured out he problem was that the paladins were KITING out of RANGE of mages and Rangers and decided to set up 2 POSTS they were to run back and forth to. After that things went a LOT smoother. the 2HR was pretty sick about half life we didn't know how to really deal with his 2 HR we kept 2 Fully healed with 2HR RDM's handy who chain spelled raised as soon as the 2 hr went off then we kited for 5 mins and then went back at it.

Maybe theres something I'm missing I was hoping you all could help.
