Damn, I was really hoping they'd give us at least a clue to the background on Shepard. Help me substantiate my theory that he used to be an Operative like in the movie. The bit about Inara was slowly dying is crazy.

so I watched the show, it was the round table discussion not the SDCC panel. Thought it did have clips from the panel.

Some of the episode ideas sounded so good, the Inara being captured by reapers? OMFG that would have been the most depressing thing ever.
