Discussion with friend - first or fourth of the Damselflies between the Snippers and the Leeches? I read fourth, he read first, search gave me nothing.

VE will pop under the last fly in the group of 4.

widescan listing will always list in the same order as the dat file. in the dat file there's 1 line for every fly in the zone and 1 line for VE. since VE comes after the cluster of damselflies in the dat file, he always appears at the end, but this has no bearing on which mob is the placeholder for him. as was stated above, only the first fly is in fact a PH for VE, afaik.

after killing him more times then I'd like to admit (0/43 on pin >.<) I can confirm that the top fly is the PH, killed only that fly many times and had him pop (he always pops at the bottom of the list of flies as previously stated).

pretty sure emp can pop from any one of those damselflies (the 4 in question that is). I've seen him pop from all different combinations of having killed those flies. in groups of 2, one at a time, 1:3 etc... and he pops from any one of them.

It's the top in the group of 4. VE appears under the 4th one. I'm something crazy like 12/15 on him.

For some completely insane reason, VE has been completely overcrowded with RMT the past few days, which bugs the shit outta me. Always between 2-8 RMT there when I wanna camp. >.<

Just camped him an hour or so ago, PH was first Damselfly on the list between the Snippers and Leeches, and VE did pop below that group of flies. Nothing but the PH was killed for an extended period.

It popped at the far west side, below the cliff, so scan wide =p
