Corrupted images on PS5 store

just picked up a PS5 and Sony Inzone M9 that are working well with the exception of some images on ths PS store. about 1/3 of the icons for games are corrupted and can barely tell what they are supposed to be. others look normal.

on the home screen, everything looks perfect. games run fine with no graphical issues. i've done the usual restart, reconnect to internet and no change. upon closer look, its the same images each time, and only in the top part of the store. if i go down to ps5 category at the bottom, all images are fine.

any ideas?

was directed to boot into safe mode and rebuild the database, and it fixed the problem.
