Best new comedy show of the bunch by leaps and bounds. Every family had someone REALLY funny, and when the dad was talking about the cell phone lingo I lost my shit laughing so hard. "OMG - Oh my god, LOL laugh out loud, WTF, why the face" hhahaah so good. The credits when the dad was beating the kid in basketball was so funny too. That dad is probably my favorite character I suppose, he just says/does the funniest shit.

I really liked everyone though. Can't wait for more of this.

I love this show lol, every character is just so great and it reminds me of AD in a lot of good ways. Between this, Better off Ted and 30 Rock its like AD never went off the air.

This is easily the best new show this season and probably the best comedy in years. I loved when the gay dad stole the other kids blocks and the whole bike part was just really good. The main dad plays the 'trying to be cool dad' really really well and is probably the best part of the show so far. This show better be getting some good ratings.

Other than The Office, I don't think I've laughed so hard at a TV show before. Really excited to see the rest of the season.

I wouldn't say this is the best comedy in years... Better off Ted/Flight of the Conchords and 30 Rock if it still counts are a lot funnier imo, but this is definitely the funniest family sitcom since AD.

I think I like this better because the comedy seems to be more pure or smart compared to the others. Laugh tracks and obvious punchlines seem to cheapen comedy (not saying that applies to what you mentioned since I just cant get into 30rock and fotc is hit and miss, BoT is really good though) although they probably help get more viewers since they know when they are supposed to laugh.

MF also seems to have more hidden comedy in it, just little stuff like when the dad is running down the stairs at the end and the stair creaks and he quickly mentions needing to fix it just adds to the depth of the situation. It's probably more likely to be re-watched for me than other comedies due to these things.
