They were mockups posted in a thread on the Windower forums. It was someone's idea for a GUI replacement. Needless to say, it hasn't been implemented.

Peh. A good start would be to get rid of the retarded "chat" "attack" and "ranged attack" options from the menus. Also make ctrl^M magic menu give you the same spell list as selecting magic from the menu.
