Nope! But it seems like a surefire Switch title.

Well I got monkey pawed pretty hard. I was wanting an offline/bro-op version of the game since they never localized it for us, not a chibi take on it with unfiltered low-rez textures.

Because it exists to get our hopes up, only to be dashed.
I hate you 6souls
I will continue to hope for a western release.
This game was conceived solely to pander to the nostalgia of the people who have been playing it online the last 10 years. SE likely sees no market for it outside the only market that ever garnered nostalgia for it. They've probably done numerous cost-benefits long ago and deemed that localizing in other territories will never produce a return on investment, regardless of how much DQ11 may have increased their overseas audience during DQ10's run. I'm not getting my hopes up. SE's mistake was never bringing the original west. Maybe they were concerned it would be a runaway hit and become a self-imposed disruptor to their growing share of the MMO market with FF14?
This is now officially launching September 15, 2022 (still in Japan only), for Windows (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
The expansion DLC “Sleeping Heroes and Guiding Allies” is also delayed from its previous release window of fall 2022 to spring 2023.
