Reactivate+World Transfer

I contacted the customer support, and asked if I can reactivate my char then transfer worlds, and she said i need to wait 90 days, wtf, for real?

Is she just stupid? cause the FAQ says

"Can I use the World Transfer service immediately after reactivating my character?

Yes, you can.
However, if you have obtained a Character World Transfer before reactivating your character, you will have to wait 90 days from the acquiring date before you can perform another world transfer."

Also, is there a cheaper way to do this?

15 bucks to play a month
40 to buy the seekers set
25 to world transfer

80 bucks to try this game out is rough. I guess I can hold out on seekers for a week or so, but shit.

I would recommend calling back and asking to speak with a supervisor, and then asking them to look at the page you've looked at. I would do this until you get a supervisor that will actually do so.

As for those prices, they are correct, but if you don't get Adoulin at first, perhaps you can wait for a sale. That may be a little boring though, as a lot of people will be doing stuff there. Alternatively, you could not get a World Transfer right away. Of course, if you want both of those things right away, you will indeed need to pony up that much.

In the future, please make small return posts not in need of a new topic over in this thread. As you haven't played in a while, you may be remembering and posting as if this were BG's standard, but that forum is no more, and things are more consolidated now.
