She submitted the materials+coins on a tuesday night and had to wait until the conquest tally on sunday to get her hat.

Yep it's untill the conquest tally. I got the brd pants like 2 weeks ago and I handed the stuff in on sunday night... had to wait a whole week, it kinda sucked. Reobtaining AF is a pain in the ass too.
