Wise gear synthing

Ok so recently a friend reached 100 leathercraft and was going to synth some wise gear for hq. Is it better to support this with leather or cloth support from what ive heard the cap for cloth is 40 on the synth. opinions?

If the cloth cap is 40 then no amount of support will break the 31 tier for him.

Edit: then again, you're not going to break any 31 tiers on the leather compenent either, so it really doesn't matter.

i can just tell u i am 0/12 now -_- 11 NQ 1 break... with shit load of wise borconi in bazzar and some other fag is gimmping down the price bad :/
