Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds features “magical story” where players go on an adventure to save the world, cel-shaded 3D graphics, and “high-quality cutscenes.” At G-Star 2019 from November 14 to 17 in Busan, South Korea, attendees will be able choose one of five playable characters to play through the opening segment, as well as battle against other players in three-versus-three “Great Sky Island Battles.”
I've spent about six hours in the game (two mobile, four PC) and it's not a bad game. The story is basically a retelling of Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris with a Ni no Kuni coat of paint (you literally soul dive into a VRMMO that is actually an advanced world where none of the NPC's realize they're NPC's and real world-ers are locked in). Mechanics and dungeons are locked behind story progression. I'm at level 30 and there are still mechanics locked out.
