    Crash during initial load

I have installed and reinstall FFXIV 3 times now. I made sure that I registered on Square-Enix with the Serial Code. I can get to the login in screen and I put my name and password in. When the screen tries to go full screen, it crashes with this problem:

Assuming your drivers are up to date, and etc, I'm curious what would happen if you set the game to be windowed, and not full screen?

I just switched the settings from windowed to full screen and ended up with the same set of errors. This is a new laptop that I just bought last month so it should be good. I'll double check the drivers though. Anything else would be helpful.

    Thanks!!

Does your machine have 16 cores? Or 8 cores + hyper threading?
