any tips on how to try to fix this? i'm pretty depressed right now

That's the 3.5 connectors one? Any random wire/plugs will do with a bit of solder or whatever but obviously this won't hold very well so you should think of replacing it.

Edit: Kind of assumed the puppy ate the wires, if it's the headset I'm afraid there are no real solutions.

yeah it's the 3.5 connection one... what is annoying is i really don't have the time/materials to fix it myself... i'm taking it to a car audio(lol) place for them to rewire it tomorrow.

The wires or the actual headset? Sennheiser sells replacement wires on their site. They might be labeled for a different model, but as long as the connector is the same, they'll work. I'm using the 3.5mm HD650 wires with my HD580.

All I can say is, scissors, audio wiring and electric tape are your best friends. I do like some of the gaming headsets made for the Xbox 360 only because unlike other brands, theirs nicely has the headset go around the ears which is more comfortable and blocks out noise nicely!

His headset was a nice one that goes around the ears and blocks out noise. It's probably better than anything made for the 360 exclusively lol. I'm sure I'd be furious if a puppy destroyed my headset, I've had them for 3 years and still going strong.

kazen's just internet brofisting that lol. he's the reason i got them 3 years ago. one of the top headsets you can buy still iirc. it's just the wire that is damaged, so hopefully it can be salvaged.

the puppy is a fucking pimp though. and i've gotten 3 years of use out of the headphones(i mean come on, that's worth my $130 investment isnt it?) so it's not like i haven't gotten my moneys worth. kinda wanna get some grados now though if these are truly fucked

Looked around on Senn USA's site, doesn't look like there's a replacement cable for the PC 350 headset, which is a bummer.

Doubly so since the PC 350 headset is right up there with the best gaming headsets on the market. Love mine, and I don't know what I'd do if my dog nom'd it other than be very sad. /brofist
