As a colorblind player, this makes me sad that this is the only way to check mob difficulty. Blue is the only once I can be sure of with this setup.Red : Very tough (there are several shades of red, the darker the red, the tougher the opponent)
Orange : Tough
Yellow : Even match
Green : Decent challenge
Blue : Easy prey
^ You should send them an email about that, seriously. I never thought of it that way; about how hard it would be for a color-blind person to use this system effectively, and the slight changes in the shape of the con symbol aren't big enough, or hi-def enough for people to accurately see them all the time. A numerical level system, or even the old con style, would fix the issue.
Another example of "innovating" something that didn't need to be touched. Tires are round for a reason.
Send them an email. I want to hear what they say in return.
There is more than color, there is also shape.
The mission unlock seems wrong, the next story mission unlocked for me at 31 after I did the 26 one.
On higher resolutions the shapes are kind of hard to see. I know on my brother's 1900x res on his 32 inch monitor, they aren't the easiest thing to see sitting in that tiny little corner of the screen. If everything was black and white, I don't know if I'd be able to discern the difference on the fly, especially the difference between say.... blue and yellow, as opposed to blue and red.
Counting the points on it works.
0= easy prey
1= decent challenge
2= even match
3= tough +
(I agree that it needs to be a little more obvious or alternate icons for color-blind)
