An actual bear, obviously.
An actual bear, obviously.
1.4 just went out. Wolves and cookies, no stats/achievements yet....
edit: mods and some texture packs are probably broken to hell, I know mine are...
Updated to vanilla 1.4 which means no /home, /spawn and /playerlist.
Anyone see the april fools joke? lol

HOLY SHIT ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GO AGAINST FLOWING WATER NOW WTF
Well, I guess that means no more water elevators, not that it was a problem for you Kuno.
Well that kind of sucks. I liked my water elevator. Wonder why that was done. I can't imagine that "reality" is a super high priority on the devs list?
Ugh I am NOT happy with the new water physics, now I have to build a shitton of ladders which takes up a lot more raw materials and is a fuckton slower
Are water Ladders borked now?
Not really. You can't move straight up water if you're not "submerged." If you can breath air, holding forward just keeps you in place. I don't know what it does to boats, though.
I'm for anything that makes more sense, physically. I'm still waiting for him to make all blocks subject to gravity if they are not connected to the "ground" or some other significant mass of land. Although, I highly recommend giving Skylands a shot. It's incredibly fun/stressful and is the best "adventure/exploration" feeling I've got from Minecraft thus far... even if it is pretty old now. It would be super fun on Multiplayer but only until all of the secrets have been ransacked.

where do you get that many slabs
I hate the new smooth stone slab recipe, as a matter of fact I hate having to smelt cobblestone into smooth stone. Harvesting smooth stone should just give smooth stone, and you should just be able to craft it again (like how you turn sugar cane into sugar or flowers into dye) in order to make it into cobblestone. I never have enough slabs/smooth stone
I completely agree with you. I hate hate hate hate hate having to smelt cobble back into smooth stone. There were many many hours spent in front of a slew of furnaces just to make all of those slabs.
I don't remember if I posted it before but this is the outside of that building.
Just checked and yeah I have posted this before. My bad.
you've never posted the interior, that's a pretty sweet house
I'll post more pictures of it when I get the interior totally finished. I still have 3 rooms to make.
Mine2 seems to be down.
I've been busy today.
