your MLB that gives pregame speeches and is described as the "heart of the defense" is the anchor. And I don't mean you particularly, but it seems like that is all people talk about when they are talking about what is wrong with the cowboys. They are finally getting around to "hey, that defense is fucking bad"

Last year, and I'd argue the beginning of the year (aka first 3 games), our defense was solid. Last year we were the #2 def in oppg, behind the Jets. First couple games we were good. Last ones though were fucking godawful. And we are likely missing our best playing corner this week, and maybe our slot guy. Brought up a rookie corner from the practice squad today. Terrible Safeties. Can't get to the QB and the run game is terrible. All around bad defense, cept like...ware, and newman has been playing mighty (quietly too) solid this year.
