Can't say I've ever used it on RNG, besides just messing around. If I'm meleeing a mob with a KC and getting hit by all its AoEs I may aswell just change to a 'proper' DD job.

KC RNG is still pretty powerful with appropriate gear/buffs, and anything that has TP moves worth worrying about is going to have 300 TP within a few seconds of being engaged with or without a KC hitting it

I think hes referring to the fact that most use RNG DD so they don't have that melee in range. For example, on Odin v2 where you would use a RNG and they avoid getting dispelled and hit with other WS. I don't feel KC is all that important outside of a few small things, I definitely don't feel its worth 100m though.
