I wonder what this might mean?Changes to how players access the market wards
Or this? The addition of a default display of prices next to each item in a retainer's bazaar
And whether these things will make the system just like AH? Lol.The addition of an item search feature
The addition of a sale/purchase history
Functionality changes to the "buying" feature
It sounds like how I thought they conceptualized the market wards. It's like they are trying to create a physical environment/experience out of navigating AH menus.
Good lord.
Friggin' called hamlet defense battles.
I've been saying the 18th personally. Every other update has always been on a Thursday, and if they put it up on the 20th it doesn't give people enough time before CE trial runs out to test the changes. 18th is really the optimal time for them to put it out. The only thing that's strange is that that's more "mid" November than "late" November, and they originally said it's late November. But I would be surprised if the update is not on a Thursday.
They use the Kanji for "last 10 days of the month" when talking about the late Nov. patch in JP.
18-19th might still be possible but imo 22nd to 26th looks more likely.
If you can somehow change the Lodestone to JP... it's in there.
They just translate it to "late X" in English, instead of making a literal translation.
"The addition of a default display of prices next to each item in a retainer's bazaar "
Probably an average of the selling price next to the item, so you can know if they are near of far from the average price... but useless if you have "The addition of a sale/purchase history"...
Im happy for the changes, I have so little free time sadly but I dont much consider firing up XIV just because I dont want to go to sleep frustrated.
No matter what, it would be nice if they gave us another free month or two as we continue the final paid beta testing.
I got the same email this morning. If they are smart they will push it out no later then Wednesday, to at least give ppl a day or two to see if the game is any different vs expecting ppl to pay for a game (due to changes) that they haven't played in over a month.
Yeah I haven't played much in two weeks and won't be really back into it until the patch actually hits. The CS from r46 though have pumped me up on trying for it but I am saddened how badly the game works at the moment for people to get that far...
P.S Why can't main scenario completion be based on your physical rank instead of class?
