Well basically only because I have worked with them for 3.5 years so far. I plan on becoming an RM, or even farther.
The hierarchy is Model (Sales Associate) > Assistant Manager > Store Manager (Me) > District Manager > Regional Manager. Then there is head of stores beyond that, but the second you turn age 30, the company tries to push you out. I only got 9 years to go.

Well it's one of those situations where they try to adhere to the "young and hip" look for their stores. They don't push you out of the company, they just try to move you to Home Office in Ohio. The SMs, DMs, and RMs are all seen in person at stores. So in that sense, they want the people seen at their stores to look young, like the company image. Pretty much they don't want wrinkly fucks walking around representing their stores so they kick you out around 30 when you still have some life left in you.
