Dunno if I've mentioned it here before, but when K-State played them in the Fiesta Bowl, a girl accused Ell Roberson (our "star" qb) of rape a few nights before the game so he spent half the week dealing with all that shit, then rescinded it the day of the game. Turned out she was like the sister or cousin or some shit of a major OSU booster.

This bowl season really sucks for the Big 12, we got a bunch of trash matchups. Basically in a situation where if we tore through it, it'd just be "oh yeah they were against shitty teams," but if we lose a few we look completely like shit.

hate to say it but Mizzou was the 4th pick out of the Big 12 also...Nebraska was #2 in the conference, and TA&M was picked ahead of Mizzou for the Cotton Bowl because Texas being Texas

Honestly I didn't think Mizzou would win if they got behind early, Iowa is still pretty good

Mizzou is generally good at losing a bowl game they should have won every couple of tries (see 2006 Sun Bowl blowing huge lead against Oregon State, 2009 Texas Bowl where the defense couldn't stop Navy at all)
