The DA one has always come out powerfully for me when mathing it, mainly because high dmg and DA affecting both hands.

Fire Sekka is about 3% better as an offhand by my calculations, never mind Kamome. As a mainhand, you're using Jin instead of Hi and Jin has a STR mod so I really can't see the DA katana being a clear winner here and I have my doubts that it's even an improvement. 242 delay is just absurdly high for NIN.

It is because no one has updated it since level 75. The cap used to be 320 enhancing skill.

considering that all DD atma work on avatars, and there's also the windurst wotg storyline atma, what's the best setups for atma for summoner for the following 3 situations:
phys DD (p.claw, 3 hit that can crit)
magic DD (wind blade)
kiting/solo

Not totally sure on these (I'm not a SMN) but I think some rough guesses are (I'm sure some others can correct me) :

Phys DD : Razed Ruins + Stout Arm + Voracious Violet or Apocalypse
Magic DD : Ultimate + Um... Beyond (also gives Ice attack can make Heavenly Strike very nice) + Minikin or Gales (Gales for Wind blade, Minikin for Heavenly Strike)
Kiting/Solo : Ducal Guard (broken near invincible pet atma) + Probably Ambition for Movement for pet and something else like Razed Ruins, Minikin, or Mounted Champion / etc for Regen and Def/VIT

Lv 75 the cap was 300 skill, which gave a cap of 28 damage reduction /w Phalanx 1. Last patch @ 85 when they mentioned a change in the cap, I tested it to be 320 for Phalanx 1 (A Cap of 30 damage reduction, and 350 for Phalanx II which also gave a reduction of 30.) Has this changed since last patch? There was no update notes about it, so I never bothered to re-test.

For Phalanx I 330 and 340 Skill gave same strength when I did a test, someone else said new Tier at 350 skill with 360 and 370 skill being same strength, can confirm another tier at 380 and 390 Skill (both produced a stronger Phalanx than the last) and haven't tested 400+ due to lack of Skill level even with light arts and current gear (haven't finished Emp feet). I asked why it was still there cause I swore I changed it due to the POL note about it being adjusted, must have been sleepy >.<

Anguinus Belt or Warwolf Belt?

Gonna say Breeze/Thunder/Light Belt if you can get, Probably Anguinus if Attack is uncapped, Kaiten doesn't have a pDif boost like Gekko does.

If I'm understanding you correctly, after 320 skill, it takes ~30 skill to reach a new damage reduction. It should look like this:

280 - 26
290 - 27
300 - 28
310 - 29
320 - 30
350 - 31
380 - 32
410? - 33?

I'll try to get a test in myself sometime, but that's interesting to know, I just assumed it capped at 320 when I ran my test and saw no improvement at 340ish skill. Thanks!

Read Iga hands+1 as DEX/STR and not DEX/AGI what it actually is. Swapped to AF+1.

Think Byakkos are still best to use for Jin but not 100% sure.

I may be stupid but I don't think Elemental belts will do anything for Jin since it's a crit skill. All I can think of is Warwolf belt.
