Found the answer to my own question:
For some non-American releases, references to Taco Bell were changed to Pizza Hut. This includes dubbing, plus changing the logos during post-production. Taco Bell remains in the closing credits. In the Swedish release the subtitles still use Taco Bell while the sound and picture has been altered as above. The original version released in Australia (on VHS) contained Taco Bell, yet the newer version on DVD was changed both in logo and dubbing to Pizza Hut. (If you look closely at the scene where the restaurant patrons are looking through the glass windows to the fight scene outside, you can still see Taco Bell etched into the glass, even in the modified version.)

So just think of it as a fun trivia

The original Judge Dredd is on a list my sister and I compiled called "Post-Apocalyptic Awfully Awesome Cheeseball Moving Pictures that Will Never Get Old Upon Re-watching".

Included on this list is Demolition Man, Tank Girl and Total Recall, among others.

I would hope that maybe this reboot will *not* make the list, in a good way.

Wrong post-apocalyptic asskicking cop movie, Isladar. Understandable though, I'd mentally insert Dredd over Robocop too.

People are sleeping on the best part in Demolition Man - Sandra Bullock telling Sly she was reading up on something in the "Schwarzenegger Presidential Library." But I do still laugh at the three seashells bit.

As for Dredd, meh. The original is okay I guess, a few epic one-liners.

Here is a new set photo from Dredd which shows the full costume and bike of the Lawmaster. Earlier we posted a photo from the film that showed Karl Urban in costume wearing the helmet. This new photo shows a Judge in full costume riding one of the high-tech Lawmaster bikes used by the Judges in Mega-City One.

Pete Travis is currently fiming in South Africa, with Karl Urban as Judge Dredd, Olivia Thirlby as Judge Anderson and Lena Headey (The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Game of Thrones)as Madeline Madrigal, aka Ma-Ma, aka the leader of a gang who runs one of the blocks in Mega-City One.

So far the photos have been lackluster, but keep in mind we have yet to see on "official" photo. I've heard good things about the script by Alex Garland. I can't wait to see a trailer for the film.

Robocop is without a doubt the most violent movie ever made, hands down. If there's any movie that can't be remade without pussyfying it, it's that one.

Also add me to the list of people that saw the first JD in theaters. All comic book movies we pretty much a joke until the first X-men, not counting the first 2 Superman movies of course. Oh forgot the first Batman also.

Everyone remembers "I am the law!" but this was clearly the best line in the movie.

No one ever remembers this little gem of a comic book movie.

And they said Batman&Robin ruined the comic book movie genre....

Dolph Lundgren did a Punisher movie? lol...

Dont forget Superman IV on that list of god-awful super hero flicks.

Superman 4 might be the worst superhero movie ever made simply for the fact that it tried to be serious. The other bad ones had poor budgets and had that cheesy aspect that sorta made them tolerable. Actually what the fuck am i saying. nothing was worse than Batman & Robin.
