I tried the British version but I just can't get into it...Frank alone doesn't even really do it for me...and the camera and all that...I just can't get into it.

THis. IMO the american version is a lot better. I don't care for Frank in the Brit version, or the rest of the cast for that matter. I guess its just culture differences. And, how could I like it without emmy rossum?! Anne-Marie Duff is not even in the same league, ballpark, hell not even the same sport as Emmy.

I actually have the same issue with The Office...I love the US version but I can't get into the UK version for the life of me. Even though I absolutely LOVE Ricky Gervais as a comedian, as an actor, as a writer, pretty much everything. But something about the original Office just doesn't work for me.

Brit version sucked. I almost didn't watch this one because i seen that one a while back, and expected it to be the same/worse.

Second, different tastes etc, I for one simply cant stand the british version of Frank.
