I only find Blue Cheese acceptable as a dipping sauce on Buffalo wings. And not from Buffalo Wild Wings, that place is horrible.

There was one that my wife and I used to get that was a little smokey that was delicious.

There's also the Dunbarton Blue Cheddar which is probably the best thing to happen to cheddar cheese.
