The answer is Ark Music Factory, a Los Angeles-based company operating as an industry hybrid of Maurice Starr and John Bennett Ramsey.

OK, is this the same guy who was the father of JonBenet Ramsey? The name is unusual enough (particularly with three names) that I can't think it's just a coincidence, although the article doesn't seem to mention a connection.

If so, I think it's kind of strange that he's involved in a business promoting children.
