I think my favorite thing about that scene is that I totally feel like every president has done something juvenile like that.

Just got to the point where Claire breaks the fourth wall for the first time and I've gotta say, the writers really missed an opportunity with how this could've been done. If Claire had done this while Frank was in the middle of his own speech to the audience, the pay off would've been way more interesting.

Actually no, production on the sixth season has been suspended until Netflix & MRC can properly assess the situation and work with cast & crew's issues with Spacey.
