No, Vertigo is separate. Instead of WB handling it, New Line Cinema has it now. So, in theory, it could be a VCU with Sandman & 100 Bullets that are also in development.

I've been joking about this all being a massive twist for a while: This is clearly the shit world timeline and Darkseid is just a prop villain. JL1 will end with the world being destroyed by Anti-Monitor and the "real"Justice League stating that now they have to take action.

It'll be shot without a cold filter just to point out it's a different, brighter world. They can even reuse the same actors!
