I've been saving this gem since I saw it last week, mainly cause I wasn't able to post the pic; but last week, after I and a few ls members finished off farming Funereal Apkallu for seals, I proceeded to death warp myself, so while I'm training along some apkallu and a murex; I end up near Heqet's Aery and to my astonishment, I spot a CFH Heqet! This is also after the update to CFH where there is now a filter.

If someone could please repost the pic link, I would be most grateful.

Some people will claim and CFH on an agroed but unclaimed key item NM, such as Heqet. That way they screw who originally claimed it out of the key item and ensure this one dies quickly so they can claim the next.

@eeeks: His nin is level 84. I've seen a NIN shouting for another NIN to tank for him and a WHM shouting for a WHM to heal for them before.

Edit: Someone explained this to me and it makes more sense (For the ninja): 1: Ninjitsu isn't capped on a boxxed from 40's job, so can't trigger grellow if needed. 2: Katana is no where near cap, so damage is going to suck.

WHM reserving WHM and not coming on WHM still fails to make sense though.

I was cleaving with a friend and some JPs started camping Heqet. We asked if they only needed the NM could they leave the rest of the frogs alone. They agreed. A few minutes later they apparently changed their minds and start to cleave (and leave all their boxes open so we didn't get shit). So we decide to go cleave their pulls and they start doing it to us. This goes back and forth for a while until I claim every Heqet and CFH it until they cut that shit out. Got tons of GM threats, wasted about an hour of their time by claiming 5 Heqets in a row and CFH each time. I felt better.

But tonight when our empyrean weapon static group was finishing up a member's empyrean 80 gun, we had a gimp group fight Carabosse behind us and barely barely do any dmg to it, wiping to it constantly, etc. They end up wiping some more and bring it up near our Carabosse who we just finished killing. We pop another one and sure enough, benediction takes theirs from 50% to 99%, to which they proceed to shout at us about it.

Another random fail was watching a herd of Opo-Opo followed by Keesha Poppo train around the lake after a gimp player.
