If he was at capped haste from other gear I guess he could have an argument. But only seeing 22% haste on there.

23%, but yeah. The only reason I even looked is because someone else commented on them having 30% haste, having assumed the belt was twilight. It's not terrible, but it definitely falls under the confused category.

I think a Nusku's build would work very well in low Haste buff situations if the hands were Dusk+1 and the neck Tiercel but yeah, obviously not in his case.

In all seriousness, the belt is kind of nice for the subtle blow factor when conspirator is down. Not everyone's goal is to 26% haste for uber melee dot everytime you fight something, sometimes situations call for something different. And since he's using vellaunus's mantle (subtle blow +5), I'm thinking he's not very confused after all!

I count Subtle Blow +25 from gear (Agasaya, Vellanus, Rajas, Failnaught, Nusku's). He's /NIN, so that's another 15. He's got 40 Subtle Blow and he's fighting CC. He's trying to avoid Charmga.

I feel bad for Thief that they have to go to such extremes and still don't even cap Subtle Blow without Conspirator up. Also, with all the other sacrifices he has made, he should probably consider swapping Epona's for Heed.

I don't understand this "Trying to avoid charmga". It only uses it as it's 2nd ws in the chain from what i've seen. Eat poison pots and run back a bit after first ws.. charmga avoided.

Yeah, they knew how to avoid charm and the thf wasn't even meleeing, just sitting back and going in to sneak/trick when they were up.
