Can never really go wrong with broadcast order.
Can never really go wrong with broadcast order.
Finally got around to watching the Fate series. Fate/Zero was gangster! On ep. 11 of Fate/Stay night and holy shit this sucks donkey balls. What the fuck! Like, Code Geass R2 type terruble with the drastic turn-around of shittiness.
Hopefully something picks the fuck up in the later episodes.
FSN (2006) is like a bastard mashup of all the routes and is generally bad. Fate Zero and FSN: Unlimited Blade Works is where it's at.
Did Zero come afterwards? Cuz that would make a fuckton of sense. Zero just seems so much more thought out and coherent.
Yeah, Zero was somewhat recent and UBW basically finished like 6 months ago.
Man, I really wish that series didn't have the various Emiya remixes so I could simply ignore it altogether but that track is just too good.
Just came across Cross Ange with lots of mixed reviews.
Yay or nay?
its pretty bad, don't watch unless you got a lot of time on your hands. Not without some cool parts but overall you aren't missing shit
Also barbie doll bodies because not even bds need nipples
Oh alright, slotting it in the internet apocalypse folder haha (for when the net goes down), thanks!
I enjoyed Cross Ange overall but the MC can be unbearable at times. If you can get passed that it's a good series. It doesn't pick up until the midway point so fair warning that the first 10 or so episodes can drag on.
Had no idea where else to put this, but found this really cool and unique.

Appropriate as FUCK!
That was pretty awesome to watch lol.
So I just watched Bakemono no Ko. The movie has the same director as such films like Summer Wars (one of my all-time favourites, if not my favourite anime movie), The Girl who Leapt Through Time, Wolf Children and the first 2 Digimon Movies.
I mean, that resume of anime films is reason enough to watch this movie, but fuck, it's good. Really good, couldn't recommend it enough. I remember seeing it in one of the season previews last year and totally forgot about it until I saw the subs posted online. So yeah, if you have some free time check this movie out. Really endearing characters, a strong plot, an ending you can be satisfied with, the works. Really good.
lmfao, someone synced Gintama singing doraemon theme song to actual doraemon theme song

That's amazing lol
Another bump for a live action version of an anime/manga. Subs are out for Ore Monogatari/My Love Story. Dunno how many fans of the series there were in here but I remember really enjoying the anime/manga. The live action movie was actually pretty good. They did a great job of translating the characters from the page to the screen. Some plot changes happened to make it more movie friendly which were mostly fine.
Spoiler: show
Now the only manga to live action movie I'm waiting for is Chihayafuru. Which is still one of my all-time favourite manga and animes. So the bar is set pretty high. I think the movie came out a month or two after Bakuman and Ore Monogatari, so it might still take some time for it to release on DVD/get subbed in English.
